How to Tour with Us

Booking a tour is simple, just follow these easy steps.

1. Tour Enquiry Submission

The first step in arranging your motorcycle tour is to submit an enquiry via email, telephone, or through our official website using our booking form. Kindly provide as much detail as possible to allow us to tailor your experience effectively. Please indicate your preferred motorcycle model from the selection provided and specify any riding gear or accessories you may require.

2. Tour Pricing Proposal

Following your enquiry, a formal quotation will be issued through our online platform. This will outline the following:

  • Proposed tour dates
  • Selected tour package
  • Preferred motorcycle model
  • Included accessories
  • Any additional extras requested
  • Pillion passenger or support vehicle passenger

3. Tour Deposit and Documentation

Upon acceptance of the quotation, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Payments may be made securely via our 3D-secure online payment link or by electronic bank transfer. Once payment has been received, we will provide our Terms and Conditions for your review and signature. Additionally, we will require a copy of your valid motorcycle license and either an identity document or passport. (Non-riding participants are exempt from submitting a motorcycle license.)

4. Bike Handover

Final payment, along with the refundable motorcycle insurance excess, is due 60 days prior to the commencement of the tour. This excess serves as security against any potential damage or theft of the motorcycle. Your allocated motorcycle will be prepared and ready upon your arrival at your first night’s accommodation in South Africa. After a formal inspection and handover, your adventure officially begins.

5. Return and Inspection of Motorcycle

Upon conclusion of the tour, the motorcycle must be returned or will be collected at the prearranged time. It will undergo a thorough cleaning and inspection—typically on the next business day. Should any damage be identified, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the insurance excess, and the remaining balance refunded. If no damage is found, the full insurance excess will be returned. Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
